Returns

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will issue your refund.

  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Exchange Policy
